Refund Eligibility:

 

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of project completion

Valid refund requests must be based on failure to meet agreed-upon specifications or quality standards

Customer must provide written notice of dissatisfaction with specific details

 

Refund Process:

 

Submit refund request in writing to 1abovepainting@gmail.com

Include project details, completion date, and specific concerns

We will respond within 48 hours to schedule an inspection

If refund is approved, payment will be processed within 10 business days

 

Non-Refundable Items:

 

Custom materials ordered specifically for your project

Work completed to customer satisfaction and specifications

Projects cancelled after materials have been ordered

Emergency or rush service fees

 

Partial Refunds:

May be considered for partially completed work or when customer satisfaction can be achieved through adjustment rather than full refund.
